Hi there,
I can't recall if blue cheese and dry cranberries are ok for LE diet sway girl? I know we can have everything as long as we stay in the limits.. but there are some foods we should avoid? avocados, bananas, cereal?
thanks!

Those are fine to eat on a salad. Avocados are okay but they do eat up your total fat for the day quickly, leaving you with not much else to eat. Bananas are fine. Cereal is usually avoided because it's so highly fortified.

Just to reiterate what ks says:
All foods ok in limits EXCEPT highly fortified foods like cereal!
Within limits, blue cheese, craisins, bananas, and even avocado are ok.
Some foods do make it easier to stick in limits than others, though. So a food that has a lot of protein or a lot of fat in it, for example, like chicken breast (protein) or avocado (fat) can use up a whole lot of your allotment for the day and then you have to really use your imagination to come up with what you are going to eat the rest of the day! This often devolves into a starvation diet where people are eating nothing but chicken, avocado, and gummy worms because they use up all their protein on the chicken and all their fat on the avocado and then have no other ways to get calories! So, all foods within limits, make the best choices you can on a meal by meal basis to be sure you have a varied and balanced diet to help you get and stay pregnant!!!!
