Plain Bagel with cream cheese (full fat cream cheese but a schmear) each morning

Just wondering b/c I've been eating a plain bagel just about every morning at like 10 am or 11 am with regular cream cheese. I should note that I've never been an early eater for breakfast so this is my normal eating time for like ever! Should I be eating the reduced fat cream cheese instead of the full fat regular cream cheese? I only use a schmear of cream cheese and am now starting to get worried that maybe it's not good to have the bagel and cream cheese together due to mixing carbs and protein. Being I eat this every day now, that is what is worrying me. I know there is no "safe" food or "magic bullet" to get a girl per se but I know I've definitely changed my diet up from when I conceived DS. Just wondering if this item for breakfast is okay to do every day or should I try to avoid it a few days a week and just eat the bagel by itself (how boring! LOL).
2011 - Matthew (who is the light of my life) in 2013 for delivery some time in 2014

Came to this website in September 2013 hoping to sway for a girl as we have none on either side of our families (6 boys total). Diagnosed in January 2014 elevated FSH level and extremely low AFC count. Praying and hoping God blesses me with one more healthy child whether it be another boy or a girl. Praying my RE can help me to achieve my dream of giving my son a sibling some time soon.

You could switch it to butter or jelly instead of the cream cheese if you're concerned. That would also reduce nutrients at the same time.

I would personally switch to jam or jelly, just to make more of a change. Reduced fat cream cheese would be better than full fat, but not as good as something totally fat/protein free, IMO.

I had strawberry cream cheese 1/3 fat everyday and I got a girl! I think you are fine, and you aren't eating a lot you should at least look forward to your bagel meal, so def include the cream cheese!!

I ate full fat cream cheese the whole entire time when I was swaying. That was one of my go-to meals.

Margarine ~may~ be a little bit better than the cream cheese (because Omega 6 fats in margarine may be better for pink than the saturated fat in cream cheese) but that doesn't mean you can never have cream cheese or saturated fat either BTW. I had butter, cream cheese, and/or mayonaise daily when I was swaying (I didn't yet know about the Omega 6 thing) but stayed within my fat for the day.

I don't want anyone cutting out fat all together because the majority of people will stop ovulating and/or get a short LP if they do so. And it is IMPERATIVE to continue getting 40-50 g protein, that's not open for debate, that is the minimum needed for a healthy pregnancy.

    Totals for LE Diet are:
1500-1800 cals (a few people drop down to 1200-1500 cals but they are the minority and most people do not need, in fact shouldn't go this low)

    40-50 g protein

20%-30% days' calories from fat (this shakes out to be 25-60 g fat a day depending on how many cals you eat, and no one should go below 25 g even if they are eating 1200-1500 cals.)

LE Diet is not about cutting back as far as you possibly can and existing on Crystal Light and a rice cake a day. It is just meant to decline your condition and fertility a LITTLE bit which will help increase your odds of pink. Sending your body into crisis mode is not good, either you stop ovulating or for some people, getting too drastic may even sway blue a little bit because your body will make testosterone out of the last bit of fat on your body if it perceived you need it to survive.

So, if I am not tic yet (not till spring) and I am nursing my 14 month old still quite often, don't have my cycle back yet, how many cal should I eat per day? Whatever amount it takes to hold steady with my weight? (I am not overweight, vmi about 19.3) I have been trying to do LE past few weeks, and I am losing a few pounds. I think maybe I want to save those for jan/feb? I think then I will go to about 1600 cal.... Thanks!

you are tall and already slim, and I'd have you at 1800-2000 cals a day.

I think the biggest factors for me that I can implement even now, is no breakfast till 11-12 and no snacking. If I care to track, how many grams of fat and pro you think if I eat 1900 in cals a day? I am not worrying about sodium, but I think even beyond swaying, I should monitor my potassium better. Which leads me to think sane amounts of potassium may not even sway, because I have always been a low potassium girl. Being more aware to get my potassium levels up, I have ironically felt better than ever being on this LE diet. It took a few days of getting used to skipping breakfast, but now it feels good! =)
