The whole pregnancy if you can. There is no reason to stop most of the vitamins. Coq10,you stop at BFP by gradually weaning off it. Folic acid/folate, you take through the entire first trimester and then gradually wean off of it back down to the amount in your prenatal. All the other supplements that I recommend are fine to continue during pregnancy. If you are taking something else please run it past me and I'll tell you if it's ok or not.
RE diet, you can cut back a LITTLE if you're really stuffing yourself. What I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES want to see is you guys getting a BFP following a blue sway and then go right back to your pink-friendly diets, and above all else DO NOT start dieting while pregnant! I have had several people try this and I cannot recommend it. Baby boys need more nutrients from the minute of conception right thru their whole lives and I don't want you guys dieting, skipping meals, eating the dreaded lunch of "candy bar and diet coke" that girl moms like LOL. Keep eating protein + carbs, healthy fats, fruit and veg!!

Oh ok if you ate dinner at 9 then it is not a big deal to skip the snack totally, or eat something small.
Let's switch the Omega 3 to every other day. I feel like 1000 has been too high and we don't need that much since we aren't using the EPO any more (we had to take more fish oil to balance out the EPO, but no EPO, we only need half as much fish oil!)
Baby boys need more nutrients starting at conception and continuing on during pregnancy. I want you guys to stick with better diets all through pregnancy but especially during the first trimester. As I mentioned above under no circumstances should you get a BFP and then start dieting to prevent weight loss (or lose weight), or even go back to your regular eating pattern, skipping meals, eating a lot of diet foods, empty carbs, low calorie/protein salads (higher protein salads with lots of healthy ingredients are great, iceberg lettuce with a tablespoon of fat free dressing, not so much). Keep doing regular meals, eating breakfast, etc that I describe above. We want to ensure that if you've conceived a baby boy, that you're getting enough nutrients for him!!!! Yes coffee 1 per day is ok while pregnant.
You can continue weightlifting when pregnant! You don't have to, but you can if you want. Low impact cardio is also good.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
