Three week wait

Dh and I just did our attempt for this month, I'm going to guess I'll O in 4 days. What would you do in the meantime to acidify and wipe out some the XYs? Antihistamine daily? Cranberry? I realise that it's harder to get pregnant with a cut off but we are super fertile, although not sure how breastfeeding is effecting that!

I used acijel when I did my cut off. 4/5 day cut off and acijel 1/2 days before O.

NOTHING. A 4 day cutoff is HUGE and you will really be hard pressed to get pregnant that way *unless you ovulate early*.

NEVER use antihistamine after attempt with a cutoff. Jellies and douching after attempt is pointless.

cranberry - I never recommend that for any woman.
