I would not recommend cinnamon for someone with BMI of 22. That is barely any weight to spare before you are at BMI 21, which is where I want everyone to stop losing weight and start trying to hold steady where they are at.

No, I'm glad you did, because I know there are Facebook groups and other places treating it like it's no big deal but I'm just one person, I can't go around everywhere and police the swayers of the Internetz and so I appreciate the chance to allow at least a few people to read about the risks of it. I feel somewhat responsible since i was the one who started the cinnamon notion years ago and it was before so many of the risks were known and also before I saw it messing people up firsthand.
I would have you stick with the diet changes and myo before adding in the cinnamon, which you likely will not even need. YOu are a skinny PCOSer, right?? I just think it will be too much of a good thing for you.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Yep I’m in normal weight range. My BMI is 24 though so still some to spare. I’m holding steady at that weight even with the dietary changes. But that’s probably because of my frequent hormonal cheats :-)
