    I'm just skipping breakfast and eating low calories. I'm using an app, fitness pal to watch what I'm eating and it made it amazingly easier. I'm walking with some running for 60 minutes 6 days a week. I feel like most successes are chlomid and not with just diet and exercise... but I dont know if I can get it and I'm not able to handle twins after all the boys.

    I have twins already and could love to have twins girls that's my aims and desire to have twins girls. All my life I have never being used to skipping breakfast, and used to always snacking all the time, I don't even know how to program my self and the diet all together?

    So cool that you have twins and want again. Have you used chlomid before? I never did so I was nervous. I'm a huge snacker and always need something in the morning. It was hard bu tg I'm getting used to it. If it's bad I will have a coffee in the morning now to carry me to lunch.

    I have never swayed before and never used clomid am also huge snacker am always snacking all day. all my boys are unplanned pregnancy though.

    White fish is better for swaying pink, oily fish is better for fertility.

    But do not eat any variety of fish more than 2x a week because of the risks from mercury. Mercury can be in fish and if you eat it more than 2x a week when you are trying to conceive, it can build up in your body and be harmful to your baby.

    Just do your best. If you fall short sometimes, it will still be more pink friendly than when you got your boys!

    Hey! So I wanted to go for July... but I was on a diet from another site. And I like this one better. Atomic recommends at least 12 weeks so I'm going to try in August if I keep up my diet well. I have to make sure I keep healthy enough that my ovulation continues. I really hope it works out fast cuz I cant do this no snacking forever.

    Did you start exercising?
