Hi Atomic! It’s me again It’s my cycle 3 today planning to take clomid by 6pm.
My AF shows 1 day earlier than usual but my period is not light, not that heavy too, do you think I’m still on the right track? I read that most of them got a lighter peroid while on LE diet. Thank you, Atomic!

Your period doesn't have to change for the diet to be working for you. I'ts just a funny thing we noticed that happened to several people so now we are paying attention to the trends.

Hi Atomic glad that I found this group!! So my BMI is 165lbs 5’2. I gained so much weight from last year, I used to be 130lbs. I will TTC girl next month (july) and i bought clomid online. Do you think should I use it? Or Not? I’m just confused. Thanks Atomic!

Hi Atomic! What if I got my positive OPK at morning, can we DTD at night?
My hubby usually at work in the morning. We’re going to do one attempt, I’m scared that I’m going to missed my ovulation. Thank you, Atomic!

The important thing is the one attempt. Both abstain and daily release have been disappointing compared to the one attempt, so do whichever one feels right to you.

Yes you can BD the night of the positive OPK. You will ovulate an average of 36 hours after the first positive OPK.
