Hi everyone! I’m a newbie at this group.
So i’m TTC girl next month, LE diet, doing 1hr 30mins cardio, bought a clomid (for gender sway purpose) will use it next cycle.
I drank ACV 3x a day for 2 weeks and I stoped it since yesterday cos I found out thats for a “boy sway” I have one month away from my TTC date, do you think ACV can affect my girl sway? Thank you!

That's a lot of cardio, what is your BMI?? We may want to cut that back so your cycle doesn't go missing.
The ACV will be out of your system by then. ACV is a gray zone for me...it lowers blood sugar and could possibly sway pink, but it's been long used as a blue sway tactic. I don't use it for any swayer, not pink or blue because of the mixed evidence. I mention this simply to put your mind at ease; for all we know ACV sways pink, just that we can't take the risk on including it for sways because of the mixed data involved.
And welcome, by the way! Glad you found us!!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Hi Atomic glad that I found this group!! So my BMI is 165lbs 5’2. I gained so much weight from last year, I used to be 130lbs. I will TTC girl next month (july) and i bought clomid online. Do you think should I use it? Or Not? I’m just confused. Thanks Atomic!

I always think people should use Clomid if they have it. Best of the best sway tactic because it's effective, but is also very easy and takes little effort.
Since you do have a little to spare that's fine with the exercise but if weight starts flying off, you will need to cut back on exercise and eat more because very rapid weight loss can still delay or stop ovulation even if BMI stays above 21.!!! Hi atomic! It’s my 28 day cycle today, I usually have 30 day cycle.
I got a super light spotting on cycle day 24 for just an hour (i think). I’m not pregnant, (no unprotected intercourse plus i take the first response pt, it’s negative.) So my question is, if I got my period on my 30 days cycle, does it mean my diet is not working? Because I saw the other post they usally got their period in advance while they are in LE diet. Last, if I didn’t get my period this cycle, should I consider the spotting is my period day or not? I got a positive OPK on my cycle day 15. Thank you so much, Atomic.

No, it doesn't mean diet is not working. People get both shorter and longer cycles on LE Diet.
You may have a slightly short LP this month, I'd have you add in one serving of full fat dairy a day and 4-6 eggs a week to help keep that long enough to conceive with (you are still in totally normal range, just that we do not want it to get any shorter!)
Light spotting is not a period.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
