Anyone have any tips for me? Any easy programs they like to follow? Should I just buy some dumbells for home and use those ?
For blue, any exercise is better than none. Even one day a week can help.

YOu don't need any weights at all. You can do just bodyweight exercises like Blogilates or Popsugar fitness, both of which are free on youtube.

I find the number one predictor of blue swayers who can't stick with exercise is trying to do more than you're able to. So if it feels like it's too much, do less! It's ok! All we're trying to do is burn off some of those extra cals you're eating and turn some of it into muscle.

But idk, it definitely seems like less exercise plays into the theories for blue and weight lifting/mild exercise is more for mitigating weight gain and contributing to muscle/testosterone. It's like the one area I'm still confused on (and concerned with for myself) for swaying. I do also know lots of body builder/fitness moms of all boys.
I had a statistician go thru and analyze our stats and moderate exercise was better for pink than couch potato (provided that they are doing diet at the same time. mod exercise plus blue friendly diet and weight gain sways strongly blue)

I am really moving away from couch potato for pink. So does this mean it sways blue possibly? I'm not there yet and I do still want you guys to try to lift weights particularly if you never have before and/or if you're gaining weight on HE Diet.

Thanks Atomic !!!! I already jumped the gun and ordered a set of dumbells, oh well! I'll randomly use them here and there and hopefully get some sexy arms out of it lol. Thanks for the site recommendations!!!!!
I have been walking 2-3 times a week for 30-40 mins and doing lots of hills in the walk. How does that sound for blue?

No they're great, I just don't like people to think they HAVE to have them, and also because sometimes blue swayers will jump right in with like 10 lb weights and be dying and give up when they could have used lighter ones, or even nothing, and had success.

    Your walking sounds fantastic!!!!
