    PERFECT example of how diet works! I just asked a girlfriend with BG this question....she said she was into green tea and ate very well during ttc the 1st time (took a few months, so she was all up on "good fertility" stuff, she's a perfectionist) and then when she conceived #2 (DD) she was eating less as she didn't want to be bulky for the second pregnancy (she also has crazy body image issues and HATES being fat at all, she hated the post partum time with the losing weight).     (2002) (2005) from 1st marriage. TTC since Aug 2010- Dx: low sperm count and 1% normal sperm. We are giving up and moving on with a baby-free life.
    UPDATE: surprise bfp in Feb 2013! It's a BOY!

    I don't think it is too long. I think it's about as close as you can cut it, though. But at least you have the "magic of October" working for you too!!

    I agree, there does need to be a video or series of videos.

    You don't need to give up ANYTHING to TTC a boy (except shellfish and organ meats) but it does help to combine things so you are eating protein and carbs together. So instead of M and Ms, eat PEANUT M and M's!!

    Yes, that is a problem that MUST be fixed because gaining a little for blue is good but gaining too much isn't good for anyone's health!!

    I think it's not a big deal if you get pg in the first, say 3 or 4 tries, but after that, the pounds really start adding up! I've lost a good 8 or 10 now, just eating less food overall. I admit, I am sure I am back on my girl diet, but right now I am more focused on eating foods that will increase my egg quality than anything else!
