5dpo and really tired but pretty sure that's the diet!! Also so antisocial on this diet anyone feeling like that? Just cancelled all my plans so I can chill with my sweet little 4yr old man tomorrow xxx

I have been feeling quite low for the last two weeks, not sure if it's the diet, but I don't have my usual temper/mindset anymore. We were on vacation with friends and it was a great time, but I really had to make an effort to stay social and put a happy smile on. When we left back home I felt kind of relieved.

Marika I would say +opk +48 hours until you are classed as ov day. So 72hrs until 1dpo.
If you went on an almost positive. I almost went on my almost positive Mon night but waited. Last night is was super super dark and I have still not ov'd I expect a temp rise tomorow so going off that thats how id calculate it.

I got a clearly positive opk 2 hours after the first one (when I didn't know if to wait or go ahead). Second opk showed a stronger test line than control line so there was no doubt anymore. We db after second test when our sons finally got to bed.

If only going by the calendar I should O tomorrow, but I thought we better bd in case the vitex and other swaying stuff would make me O earlier.

Oh, another question: should I stop taking antihistamines now or continue for another day? Took last one yesterday afternoon at around 5 pm. Was super dry until this morning, but now have some ewcm.

Would prefer not to take any since it makes me sooo tired.

I Take An antihistamine in the fertile window if i've got EWMC so I would say yes.

Wich antihistamine do you use? Cetrizine isn't the sedating kind. I get tired from the sedative group but not the cetrizine.

It is Cetrizine I am using. Unfortunately it makes me sleepy and I have been struggling to keep my head clear during the morning and until noon.

Well, I can absolutely have one this afternoon too. At this point I'll do whatever to have a good sway...

I didn't ovulate! Gutted. No temp rise this morning. It must be today as my v dark opk was 48hrs ago!!

Bothered now as i pigged out a bit yesterday and I've gained this morning. Right on ov just perfect!
