You shouldn't take baby aspirin and cranberry. Pick one. As I said before I'd choose the baby aspirin. Before you decide read about the TW theory.
Basically you want your body to think times are tough to conceive a girl that's why you lower calories added nutrients doesn't make sense.

You could have dh take licorice root. He doesn't need cal/mag.

I dont think i can do the diet, ive had eating issues for a long time and i become sooo moody and have migraines when i eat bad. Im just going to continue eating normally (trying to lose a few kgs anyway) and ill have 2glasses of cranberry from AF day 1 to sexytime. Dh can have cranberry too and the rest is for the fastest swimmer to decide

Totally get it. You need to be careful if you have had eating issues. Just want to clarify - the LE is not "eating badly". You can eat 1200-1800 calories depending on the individual and you can have veggies and such. It's really about being in a losing zone which sounds like what you are doing anyway.
Just didn't want u to have the misperception that LE means eat "bad". Best of luck!

Be careful with the cal/mag. They can both be bad for your heart if you take too much or if you take it and don't need it. Plus with your history of migraines the mag might trip some. Mag has given me some nasty migraines in the past before I caught on that it was causing them.

Ive decided to cut a few things out the more ive thought about it! Decided to just split (between dh and i) a jar of cranberry supplements from af. Drink peppermint tea, use refresh. Abstain from AF then DtD once around ov time with ky and leave the rest to God . Ive been more and more content about having either gender !
