Am I the only one who's addicted to looking through my cookbooks, dreaming of what I'm going to make once I get my BFP?! Homemade bread with beef stew and dumplings, beef lasagne, toad-in-the-hole with gravy . . in fact anything with meat in it! I love cooking anyway and am happy on the LE diet for now (it's only been 3 weeks) but can't wait to start cooking properly for my family again. Hopefully, just in time for all the lovely wintery comforting meals! Mmmmm, food with no restrictions and no guilt as I'll be eating for two![]()

Oh, no, I have shelves and shelves of them, too! And I ordered three more over the weekend.
I don't care so much about adding meat back into my diet, but I'm so looking forward to just having "real" food again. It's still hot here, but I'm ready for cool weather and stews and home baked bread!

Haha Shellbelle, you're as bad as me! I bought another one today which brings the total for the last month to 6
I think because the variety of the LE diet is much greater than the IG diet, I'm not struggling when I have a veggie meal and my family have a lovely roast dinner. Our summer in the UK had been utterly rubbish, but still looking forward to soups and stews. I agree with your 'real' food comment, I love wholegrains, oats etc and can't wait for proper homemade, nourishing breads warm from the oven and big fluffy cakes! And I wonder why I have boys?!!

I'm pouring over The Well-Rounded Pregnancy Cookbook, which I used a bit with my last pregnancy. I like that there are adaptations for each recipe depending on what you're feeling like at the time. But YES, I want BREAD!!!
