    Oh crud, did I miss understand my DH had previously lots a lot of weight and was wondering if he should loose more? thought he was to loose more? Previously Was like 50- 60lbs. Last checked he's over 200 lbs. he's might be like 5' 7" not sure he's taller then me (everyone's taller then me it seems except my brother ha!)

    Soy isn't that great for sperm quality either. Without a side by side study to compare the two and their effect on sperm quality (and gender conceived) then I honestly cannot give you an answer. I think either/both may damage sperm both present and being formed.

    the rules are different when a husband has lost a SIGNIFICANT amount of weight. most guys can't lose 25+ lbs plus before a sway, and losing/gaining small amounts of weight may not help. But your husband had already lost a ton of weight and he's fine to continue to lose more. He will lose some muscle mass when he does.
