Ugh sorry typing on my cell. I need to get on the laptop to read and type correctly lol
Anyway, my thoughts are this. What do I all need to eat or not eat and do to successfully sway Pink? When and how soon should I start?
Then my thoughts will be focusing on doing just that. After I get BFP my thoughts will be Eating and doing what I need for my Baby. (Which I've already done once). After that my thoughts will probably be what do I Want to eat? Lol Last Time it Was Arby's Roast Beef and Lunch Meats lol cause I stated away from those to prevent Listeria.
All meanwhile taking care of our family![]()

Weird. on my phone sometimes the post show up orhers not. Hope you can navigate alright through my messy post.
Anyway, I just wanted Thank You for your help!
I need to schedule my annual pap and figured while I'm there I'll ask what my weight was when I found out I was pregnant. Figured they'd have it jotted down.
I'm thinking I was around 120 lbs. So I may have to loose a little over 10 lbs?
I'm around 130ish now. This will give me a better chance at a successful Pink sway correct?
I should be this weight before TTC right? I do plan on adding calories if needed so I don't loose too much. I'm thinking that can be adjusted but ill need to loose some weight and then start diet and then Sway? Do I have that right?
If so not sure of time frame though.
I'm hoping that this will give me a starting point.
I'm gonna try and sit down with the laptop one night next week so I can read things clearly and take notes.
I also, see your approaching your gender reveal soon. How exciting! Good Luck!Last edited by Alicewonder; May 24th, 2013 at 12:34 PM.

Oh I totally understand, sometimes I come on here on Kindle and I can hardly type coherently.
The thing is that it's impossible for me to give you a concise set of instructions like that - it just doesn't work that way. Swaying can be very individual and it's just not something that is encapsulated into a set of 10 must do things. And there are no magic foods that make you have a baby of a particular gender. I do have the Custom Sway Plans and the diet plans if you need extra help, or else in my link below there is a link to the Complete Index and in there you will find a lot of info about how to make up your own sway.!!! For some reason I can't post links today but in the Complete Index, there are links to LE Diet Nutshell Version and the LE Diet FAQ among other threads, these should answer most of your questions for you.

just for an fyi on the weight loss thing - i lost a lot of weight quickly through dieting alone (a first for me) on the LE diet but i still at my heaviest conception weight and i'm expecting my little girl after my three gorgeous boys. For me it was more about following the priniciples of the LE rather than the weight figure - i completely changed my diet and eating habits. My lowest conception weight was with ds1 but i had been very ill at that time and not able to keep food down and not really recovered when i conceived (everyone thought i had an eating disorder but i physically just could not eat). For me a lowest conception weight was therefore not possible so i tried not to stress about it and was just really strict with other ways
