It does look like a boy nub but remember it isn't 100%. I've seen boy nubs turned out to be girl!

I currently have two boys and had my 12 week scan 2 weeks ago and I'm still nubsessing! X

I think it is too soon to tell really, altho do agree the first nub is blue-ish. and a potty shot at this stage is not helpful

It does look like a boy nub to me. I know they say not to trust potty shots at 12 w but my last son's 12 week potty shot looked similar. Good luck!!

Nuthing - in the top pic there is a small protrusion. Is that not a nub? I've seen pics on google with similar protrusions and its been girl???

Atomic - do you really think its too early??? It's nub in the very first pic is screaming boy????

The very first picture you posted is what makes everyone think boy. It has a bulb sticking straight up. You have the benefit of seeing a live scan. All we can do is speculate off one image that is captured. That's why it's a guess.

First shot is boyish. Potty shot...really wouldn't rely on it at all. I see what you mean in the third and fourth pics...I have seen similar nubs on girls. Good luck!

I'm guessing boy from the first nub pic, but like retro love and Atomic have said, it's not 100% so there is still hope for you hearing pink x

Thanks for answering again ladies Not sure what I saw in the live scan. The sonographer didn't stop very long. She was all "that's some serious boy action going on" and then moved on. I already refer to it as a "he" and am 100% expecting it and happy to hear it when the time comes. I was going to get my OB to look next week at my 14 week check up but I won't now knowing things are still not definitive at that point either. Will wait for my 20 week scan when everything will be conclusive.
