Pretty sure I'm having a miscarriage at 10 weeks :(

Well ive had no bleeding of any kind until last night. Hubby and I bd before he went to work at 4:30 and I had a gush of blood with a clot the size of a dime in toilet at about 6:30. Sorry tmi. Had some more bleeding but pretty much stopped by 8. It was bright red by the way. So I went to er and they checked my hcg levels and they were 8000 apparently isn't that low for 10 weeks? They did a ultrasound but had empty bladder so couldn't see anything. Then did internal ultra and could see better but still not enought to say of its a miscarriage for sure. He I'd say it didn't look " typical" and that his feeling was miscarriage. I'm soo gutted the 2 times ive swayed I miscarry. I don't get it. I have a ultrasound at 12:15 today to confirm. Any advice? Thanks

I am so sorry to hear that! I wouldn't despair though, I bled quite a bit with my first and also bled for about a week with my last boy. I hope you get good news soon. I found this online, as you can see, 8000 is on the lower side but still within the normal range. Hope all ends up well.

Thanks guys, well bad news. Ultrasound showed 6.4 weeks, I'm just numb I don't get how it could have stopped going a month ago and no bleeding till yest. Feel so lost. I was ttc boy and now it sways pink after misc right? I swayed between my 2 and 3 daughter and had first misc then took three cycles after that to get preggo and had 3 dd. so I'm not sure how much it sways, I'm hoping not that much as I want to ttc as soon as possible.
