Yes exactly, I don't want you guys to worry about net or gross calories or even how many calories you burned via exercise. That kind of attention to detail and fussing over swaying will raise T levels thru the roof.
Just eat 1500-1800 cals and do an hour of exercise and let God sort it out LOL. If you lose too much weight, then bump up to 1800-2000 cals.

No, I have tried very hard to strike a balance between what is helpful and necessary (protein, fat, cals, potassium, and sodium for those who wish to inlcude that) both for sway and safety, and letting go of everything that is NOT helpful or necessary for safety/swaying. When people don't track the biggies, it's too tempting for people to cut back too far.

What I did is that originally I did need to kinda track what I was eating but over time I really did get a feel for it and no longer needed to. So if it's that you need to get go-to meals that you can rely on regularly or you just get a handle on it over time, it's all good.
Really, I am mostly worried about people getting ENOUGH. So if ya got that covered, it's ok to ease up on the tracking. I honestly feel like about 90% of everyone cuts back too far anyway, so when in doubt err on the side of more, not less, and let weight gain/loss be your guide there!!!
