Yeah am switching. Dropping rephresh sticking to vitex as i have an lp issue. Keeping saw palmetto and bought chitsosan.
Started exercising again today too after my back injury. Not doing it as intesnse though as can't get another injury or 3 weeks off work on the sick!
Sticking to 1 attempt at opk too x

This will be our third month TTC and the hurry up and wait periods between AF and O and AF are getting kinda old. What do you guys do to bide the time?

Hey lovely ladies, I already have one December baby but right now I'm just keen to get preggers and get off le!! Just about to have my second attempt though on cycle day 19 and no ovulation signs... Didn't ovulate till cycle day 22 last month so hoping its coming soon. Not doing excersize or represh so can't drop them just doing fibre, anthistamine, one attempt, le diet fingers crossed march is our lucky month! Xxx

My temp dropped again this morning so it looks like I will be joining too. Still not sure if I ovulated. I'll be back with info on what I'll be switching up this cycle (which will be our 4th...I got pg with both boys in 3 :-/ )!

Hi ladies!

I think I'm joining in too. Finally got my af (waiting for it to start again after m/c) this morning and will probably make our first attempt as soon as O turns up.

I have only been on LE-diet for 2 weeks but will still ttc in about 2 weeks. Atomic agreed to this sine I come off a loss (I am not sure why, if m/c in itself sways pink or if the mental state after a loss does?) but we are eager to get pregnant soon again.

I don't know if the diet will have had any effect at all, but I hope so. It was also a girl last time (no sway, just an "ooops"), so hopefully we are able to do it again.

Today I started angus castus (might delay o a bit, but I'll give it a try anyway) and will try my best to keep a strict diet these coming weeks. We are leaving for a vacation in the mountains and will stay with an other family but they eat almost only vegetarian food so thats really a big plus for me since I don't want to tell them about the swaying stuff. Only problem can be skipping breakfast without explanation and it will be pretty tough going skiing with empty stomach. But I'll do it somehow, at least push breakfast towards 10-11 (and stop eating early at night so hat I'll get at least 14-16 hrs of fast).

What should my husband think about now until ttc? When does he start with fr?? 7-10 days before ttc? (Over 35 and just had chromosomal defects with last baby so we do not wanna take any risks with abstaining).

Hot showers and lots of sauna - does it help or is it proven not to make any difference? I will use anthistamines a few days before ttc - should dh do that too?

A lot of questions, I know, but i'd be soooo grateful of anyone has any tiny tips or advice for us!

Lots of us are giving up on FR, letting DH "take care of himself" as needed, or DTD every 4 days and making sure we only do one attempt at +OPK. Atomic says the one attempt is getting 75% pink results, so I've decided not to stress DH out about FR or CFR, especially since he's not at all cooperative about this sway!

March will be our first attempt, but I'm 35 in May, so I'm concerned that conception might take some time. Really hoping baby aspirin and myoinositol will help our first attempt be the only one needed

Joining you ladies officially here. Got my Feb bfn at 14dpo today, so I’m thinking Feb was my trial run. Not sure if I’ll be TTC in March or waiting until April, though. I injured my knee jumping on the trampoline with the kids (so dumb), so I’ve been out from exercising for almost 2 weeks now. And my diet has had a lot of cheats in it this past 2 weeks, too. (Vacation then general 2ww freak outs. Lol!) So, we’ll see how things go, but I might just be a cheerleader this month.
