Atomic, yes I'm so happy I did my research and realized that this is the way to go. This way gives us the best shot at our GD. I hope everyone finds this site and takes time to really do the researchit'd be nice to see everyone have the best shot at success.

I too was very confused when I joined this site because the information was completely different than the others I had read. I did a lot of reading and I've decided to give the LE Diet a go. Good luck!
