As far in advance of sway as possible provided that you aren't breastfeeding and aren't wasting away to nothing.

If you're nursing, I'd hold off on that till baby is at least 6-9 months old and also add in a vitamin for him containing Vit. D and DHA

I have no regrets whatsoever this time, despite getting a little opposite, because even if I run over my sway a hundred times in search of what I could have/should have done there is nothing I could change. It makes acceptance so much easier IMO.
This works differently for pink swayers though TB because for them, trying to add in everything but the kitchen sink can sometimes (a lot of times) add to the "martha" obsessiveness that may sway blue. I actually go the other way for the pink swayers - simple is getting better results by far than the people who try to do everything just perfect and keep in every tactic they have ever heard of.

All alcohol is getting good results. Use what you like. I had light beer and got my girl.

    Thanks...
1-2 drinks a day, count cals but not pro or fat (unless of course you're mixing it with milk or something, then you'd count what's in the milk too)

We have had success with all kinds of alcohol. Wine, beer, spirits

I think back when I choose it spirits were doing really well in the stats but I think all alcohol is doing pretty well now (though I've not checked recently). I think whatever you enjoy is probably best. Got to have something to make this swaying thing more enjoyable
    Very blessed with

originally we were considering the possibility that beer and wine might have too many nutrients and thus a lot of people were using spirits as an alternative, but that has not seemed to make any difference. Please ladies, have what YOU enjoy. (personally I'd rather ahve a boy than have to drink wine YUK )

if one has never drank alcohol....is there a supplement form? :kidding but would be kewl:

I know nothing about alcohol....where to start...

Also so high caffeine for pink,
And moderate to no caffeine is neutral?

My opinion on coffee is that it's effect on blood sugar is what sways, not the caffeine. Just my opinion. When I drank coffee it would drop my blood sugar very low very fast even after eating. But that could also be just the way my body reacted to it. As for alcohol I love Long Island iced teas and other sweet mixed drinks. Rose wines are good too... they seem sweeter. I actually ate alcoholic candies on occasion too

Haha I know, right?? A whole new world for some of us.

If you are not a drinker, I would start SLOW LOL with white wine, lager beer (not ale, IPA, porter, stout, these are very strong tasting beers and most would not care for them at first), hard cider, or a small amount of an unflavored spirit like rum or vodka mixed in with juice or soda. Be careful though for those who are on medication or herbs - double check first to be sure there is no interaction.

We are finding that no/mod. caff is neutral, more than 3 a day, especially coffee, to be swaying pink for us.
