Hi,
I swayed for my last child which turned out to be an opposite (a boy). Inwas pretty depressed throughout the pregnancy and struggled to feel excited about it. Needless to say this kid has captured my heart. He is a mummies boy and is just an angel. But a friend of mine just anniunced the birth of her daughter and its reignited the fire.
I'm just not sure if I can sway again. It really took its toll on me emotionally last time.
At the moment I dont eat breakfast, I avoid dairy, eat carbs quite a bit, and am on an anti-anxiety medication. What other low key things could I try for a relaxed sway? I became obsessive last time and I think that worked against me.
Thanks for reading ladies xoxox

Those little boys do have a way of being heart stealers don't they
Maybe fiber, alcohol, and BD every 4 days. I think that's what I'd do if I ever swayed again.
Good luck xxVery blessed with

Yes, definitely add in some of the "easy" sway factors like caffeine, alcohol, fiber (the gummy ones are super easy to pop before meals), and BD every 4 days. FX for you!
Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

With fiber, how long should you be on it before ttc?

Hi,
I also had an opposite (a boy) earlier this year, after a 12 week sway. Can completely relate to everything you went through...I also have a little heartbreaker
I'm going to start TTC again, in March, and have just begun the diet. I'm just wondering about the alcohol? I didn't factor that in last time...how are people factoring it in? And what type of alcohol are they drinking?
Thanks...

You can start at any time! Work up to the recommended amount on the package to avoid gas. Most take it with fatty/nutritious meals. Can take it up to three times a day. Make sure to drink LOTS of water!
I always took it twice a day- at lunch and dinner. I liked Benefiber since it was tasteless and dissolved completely in water. Some like the fiber gummies- make sure these don't have any other vitamins with them.
FX and GL to you!

I feel adding as many sway factors as suits you, if you are going to TTC anyway, takes away the "what ifs" that you could torture yourself with if you TTC without trying to sway. If that makes sense?
I have no regrets whatsoever this time, despite getting a little opposite, because even if I run over my sway a hundred times in search of what I could have/should have done there is nothing I could change. It makes acceptance so much easier IMO.

Here is my "coming back from a failed sway" essay here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ys-attack.html
Swaying is one of those things where you can do the exact same thing twice and get a different result. A sway opposite doesn't mean that swaying can't or won't ever work for you, and it doesn't mean (as I think you have figured out already) that you have to go super strict and do everything under the sun to sway - that doesn't work.
I would just do the doable - we have had some success with people doing a PCOS type diet after a failed sway (upping carbs may not be best for you if PCO tendencies had something to do with why you got an opposite the last time) and you can find those alternate diets here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html
If you can't go that all out and would prefer to just keep it out of your mind, I'd just focus on being vegetarian. You don't need to totally avoid dairy and in fact if you have PCO tendencies you may want to include some full fat dairy and avoid skim, it may really raise your blood sugar.
The things that are getting the best results are LE Diet longer than 12 weeks, with fiber, coffee, and alcohol, exercise (and if you do have PCO tendencies even mod. exercise can help), having one attempt in the fertile window (most do this on positive OPK), and Clomid if you can get some. Everything else has been disappointing and doesn't seem to be adding anything to our success levels. Stick with what works, let go of the stuff htat doesn't.!!!
