Hi Maiden,
I BD on CD15 and CD17. I got a positive Opk on CD18 but did not BD that day or any day thereafter until ovulation was well and truly over xx

I normally ovulate on day 21 but judging by Opk I think I ovulated on CD19 this time xx

While technically 2 attempts, the sperm from CD15 were likely mostly gone by the time you Oed so closer to 1 attempt really!
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

It can delay O or bring it forward depending on circumstance. Thus I recommend using it from AF-CD 14 or positive OPK whichever comes first, and if you do not O at that point, stay off it, don't restart till O occurs.

Not reliably, but actually in many women who have PCO-tendencies, these herbs that for SOME people delay O, can actually move it forward (same with Vitex and saw palmetto.) So if a gal was normally Oing late because of PCO-tendencies it's a possibility (albeit not reliably so) that it can move their O day up significantly.

If you are not on a sway diet I strongly recommend against just taking cal/mag/cranberry because in that case you're only adding nutrients.
If you believe in cal-mag that's at your discretion but I really do not recommend taking it without doing some form of diet. When I was on the InGender site, there were many swayers who did that and virtually all go boys. You don't need to do their very strict type of diet, but I do recommend doing some kind of diet or dropping the supps.
You can have some tendencies to develop PCO without actually having the syndrome.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks Atomic! Damn... I didn't stop drinking it at positive Opk. I drank it for quite a long time afterwards.. And I'm pretty sure now that the tea is what bought my ovulation forward :/ x
