Well, full fat dairy BETTER sway blue
. I haven't had dairy in years (besides heavy whipping cream in my coffee or tea) and for the last 7 weeks, I'm downing a few servings per day for my sway. Hubby got some cream on sale yesterday so I'm adding it to my yogurt for some extra animal fat. It's the biggest change in diet for me lol.

Haha - All I can say is what the science indicates to me and what my personal experience was.
I had it with 2 of 4 boys and 2% dairy with the other two. My husband drinks a gallon of milk every other day. Dropped it all and got our girl.

Here is the thing - all I can tell you is what the science seems to indicate and what makes sense to me and the experiences of people on this site and "the other site" where I was for 3+ years before coming over here. I cannot say ANYTHING across the board, I can only say here are the reasons why I think this, please make up your own minds.
I believe full fat dairy sways blue. The reasons I do so is not only because I got 4 boys that way, but because the FGD makes no biological sense (in a world where 75% of all people are lactose intolerant and ALL people before 8000 years ago were lactose intolerant, it is highly unlikely that dairy is required to make girls, and additionally because your body is designed to stay in homeostasis and when you cut back on calcium your body just absorbs more from foods and takes it from your teeth and bones, levels in your body never change.
Additionally we have evidence indicating that moms who ate the most cal-mag via diet had more boys, we have evidence indicating Vit. D sways blue (and I got 2 boys taking it and dropped it to get my girl) we have evidence indicating that animal fat sways blue, we have evidence that full fat dairy raises fertility too. So, I think it sways blue.
I think what is swaying is diet as a whole, nutrient content, and effect on maternal condition.
When I was on the other site, I saw that people were following very different types of diets but still calling them sway diets. Some pink swayers ate ice cream, yogurt, massive amounts of whole milk, chicken, butter, pasta, eggs, etc and I found those ladies got overwhelmingly opposites. Others did a much more restrained diet with skim dairy, cucumbers, rice cakes, etc. I know women who gained 30 lbs swaying pink only to get opposites. Same with blue swayers - some subsisted on bacon, rice milk, rice krispies, ramen, and iceberg lettuce and got opposites, others ate more balanced diet with lots of veg, fruit, potatoes, steak, fruit juice, etc and their sways succeeded. This is something I noticed BEFORE I started researching swaying, before I ever looked into it at all and before I ever heard of the Trivers Willard hypothesis. I was like "how do these people think they are eating the same stuff?? swaying makes no sense it can't be true"
I'm not putting a gun to anyone's head and "making" them drink full fat dairy for a boy. You can get a boy without dairy. All I am trying to get you guys to do is consider the possibility that this is about something other than minerals (because it has to be or I wouldn't have gotten a boy taking 1200 mg calcium and eating dairy every day, and then a girl without that) This is because I want your sways to work. If you don't want to do dairy, no worries. Just be sure you're getting a lot of animal fat from other sources and DO NOT eat rice krispies with rice milk for breakfast, ramen for lunch, and BLT salad with ranch dressing (loaded with Omega 6 fats, BTW) for dinner.
Long story short, no, the science is not "settled", science never is. Make the decisions for your sway based on being fully informed and thinking about what makes the most sense to YOU personally.Last edited by atomic sagebrush; December 7th, 2016 at 02:27 PM.
