Hi Atomic! I'm back. Just wondering what plan I need to go onto please? I just want to be able to PM you if needed. Hoping to start TTC in Feb, so want to start the diet now. Still beastfeeding though and waiting for cycles to return, so might need some advice regarding that. Thanks
