I have been obsessing over this picture here. I am hooping maybe someone can help me.

Ok so is the 2 bright white lines the nub?? IF not I see a little bit sticking up that looks like it could be a boy nub, but when I make the picture large it appears that it is part of that leg sticking up. Also slightly farther down there is a little bit of a longer piece that is slightly forked it is slanting downward very light and hard to see could that be the nub?? My gender scan is in 5 days and am just a wreck so hoping this is a girl. Thoughts??
