UPDATE -19 Week scan - Dr said girl before, and again, is it really??

I went for an 18week scan this morning, where the dr said I measured 18weeks 3 days. She said before 90% girl, and this morning she said its a girl again.. I want to get excited, but scared to get my hopes up.. The pic is not very clear, please can you tell me what you think? Thank you

It's tricky as i don't see the 3 white lines? Maybe i'm looking at the pics wrong here.And on pic 7 & 8 on your photobucket pics the nub looks slightly angled so i would guess .
