I fall asleep afterwards usually, and I'm a tummy sleeper, so even though it wasn't on purpose I'm sure I fell asleep on my stomache after bd'ing most of the time.
I've also used Softcups to keep the 'stuff' up there. I know it's probably a bit 'boy' but I'm okay with that since I need to conceive quickly and we've never conceived quicker than 5+ cycles.

just making sure!
Something to consider about the Soft cups is that firstly it's not the 'stuff' that matters - the stuff is a liferaft for the troops but the troops exit the life raft fairly quickly and storm the beaches of Normandy. My concern with the cups is that if you put them in right away, it seems to me that they could even serve to seal the cervix shut depending on how tightly they fit. The sperm liquefies over time and 15-30 min. after BD and the little swimmers have exited the stuff and moved onto greener pastures anyway, so no point in keeping it in there any longer.
But, if you feel like it works for you, that's your call to make on that.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
