So, my question is....what can I do differently to lose or stop gaining weight, without jeopardizing my boy sway? Small amounts of Cardio? Limit bread? I have no idea, but I have to do something.

I do think I weighed closer to the 15pds mark when conceiving my boys and a little less with girls (DD4 I was 112).

    HELP!!!!
I would increase my weight training and try to "spend" my calories in a more nutrient-rich way...so rather than bread, pick fruit or vegetables for carbs along with my protein.

You can def. do cardio too if you like, just make sure that you do no more than 45 minutes, 3 or 4 days a week.

but really I don't eat much of it and still put on weight and the worst thing is I even suppose to eat more potato because right now it's just once or twice / week and I have to up that for next month for my try!
You don't have to though. The coconut water has more potassium than potatoes and only 75 cals a bottle.

I love potatoes but I NEVER ate or eat them more than 2 x a week.

Snacks: Lara bars, nuts and dried fruit, bananas, apples, gelatin, fruit juice, or boiled eggs.
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ PB, eggs with WW toast, banana & boiled eggs, or WW pancakes
Lunch: Turkey hotdogs (no nitrates), chicken salad sandwich on WW bread, pasta w/ tomatoes and peppers, or left overs from dinner.
Dinner: Spagetti w/ tomato pasta sauce, meat loaf, tacos, chicken fried steak,......pretty much meat and a large variety of veggies including potatoes.

All of the whole wheat bread and pancakes we have are homemade with wheat I grind in my grain mill. It don't get any more "whole" than what I make.

I thought doing the weights would be enough to keep weight gain at bay, but I guess not. So......

Does anyone think doing weights on a mini trampoline is a good/bad idea? Too much impact for the 2WW?

Sorry you are going threw the same thing Flava, but I am glad I am not alone.
Ok I have to ask you where you live now. I'm in Spangle, wheat country!!

I think your diet looks perfect and I wouldn't change a thing - I do think adding just a smidge of cardio will help keep you from gaining more. I am a little concerned about weights on a trampoline because that seems dangerous to me!! (but I'm kind of a klutz.)

If you are 5'8" and weigh 100lbs, you are a supermodel and don't eat. LOL

And WP, I second Begonia in saying that it's ok to exercise in 2ww, just nothing new. I was always doing a ton of cardio, like crazy jumping around and stuff, and did it everyday in my 2ww with my girls, as I didn't know I was pg. Amazing they didn't shake right out of me. I guess if your bean is going to stick, it's going to stick come hell or high water.
Yes, it's just fine to exercise in the 2WW. That bean means business!!!

We no longer live in Washington. We are in Georgia now. I was born in McCleary (closer to Olympia), WA. It was very pretty out there, just sooooo wet. Wish we had some of the that wet here though.....should have bottled it up.

I only do 3 pds weight on the tramp. while doing jumping-jacks or the like. I don't have any trouble staying in place, just wanted to make sure the bean can hang on tight.

I have been doing only 15 mins of cardio(on the tramp) and limiting the empty carbs....down to 122
    thank you GD
