    I still ate meat just as often but had smaller serves. My main thing I tried to do food wise was cut out snacking!

    No, 60 g is in the limits of the LE Diet and in fact I prefer tall women to eat those upper levels (or even boost to 60-70, I do this with some regularity for tall women who are exercising or breastfeeding) There is no earthly way that a woman who is 5-10 should be eating the same amount of protein as a woman who is 5-2.
