Curious what the main differences were for your failed and successful sway? Did this kind of thing come into it? Thanks ! And sorry if I've misunderstood that you had one failed and one success - I think that's what I've read !

No, this did not come into it. I do not think this makes any difference for anyone's sways as long as they're not eating all day long. 2 or 3 meals, whatever time works for you.
I actually had 2 failed sways. First one I just did timing since that's all I knew about. Second one, I was taking tons and tons of supplements because I was too scared to give up prenatals, plus I was taking cal, mag, Vit. D, B6, probiotic becase even though I had a strong gut suspicion that calcium stuff didn't sway I got scared and took them anyway. I also got pregnant in a month I meant to really kind of take off since I had lost too much weight and wanted to regain some to lose again (srsly no one do that). Plus we had two attempts, I wasn't drinking alcohol or coffee, my husband was still skinny then (he really gained a LOT between 2009 and 2012) and he wasn't smoking (he inexplicably decided to start smoking when he turned 40, le sigh). I was also really super tired and under gobs of awful stress when I got my DD that I wasn't with my 4th son.
With daughter: No supps other than folic and I even kinda gave that up right before I conceived, which I shoudln't have but I was pretty sure I wouldn't get pregnant. Lowest weight, had just lost a bunch of weight, drinking alcohol and coffee, hubs was too and also smoking, and we had one attempt not deliberately but just on accident.!!!
