B6 and Ovulation

I'm so annoyed that I ovulated so early. I took a progesterone test and its positive so it is supposedly at least 10.
I mean the bleeding (if you call it that) was so light, more like spotting so was it the start of a new cycle?

The other possible explanation is that it was midcycle spotting and you actually didn't O early at all.

All we can really know now is that you hadn't Oed then, and you have now.

Its just so frustrating. I keep saying ok this is the last month, and then I just can't forget about it

So many of us do that though. We set a deadline and then we're like "ok just one more month".

I appreciate it. I don't think progesterone alone is my problem...although I think my age and egg quality contributes to the imbalance of hormones.

It may be a faker. It is super common to have false pos OPK that first week of the cycle.

You can get pregnant with an early ovulation. It doesn't mean you miss the month.
