Question about Preseed?

I only used it on my attempts close to O. So on O-2, O-1, and O. I think I did about 2ML according to the syringe I used but I know the directions say to use more. I had a decent amount of EWCM and I didnt want to use so much that I risked washing the sperm away...or just make a big mess!

How much Preseed is a good amount to use? Should you use it every time you be after af or just around attempt time? Thanks

There's no right or wrong way to do it, I think using some in advance of your sway (like a quarter size dab every day) can help, esp. if you O early and have an oopsie! then I'd use that same amount as a lube for attempts.

So can I just use it like lube instead? Dh and I always just use a little saliva (sorry tmi) but I've read that saliva isn't very sperm friendly. So maybe a should use a little pre seed instead?

I used a dab on bd days after AF - so every second day - and then used the applicator for the attempts after my positive OPK. Not the whole lot though, maybe 1/3 to 1/2 an applicator. I went though a whole tube of it in two weeks though so may have been quite generous with my usage!

Yes that is fine. Saliva is not good for sperm, preseed is best.

We don't know what is best. Some people have seemingly had trouble getting pregnant when using a whole lot of preseed, it may possibly cause more seamen to come out of your vj after intercourse, lot may dilute too Much...not sure.

so I think it is best to use a small amount, you get the benefits while still a good shot at conception

Well alrighty then! Looks like I'm dropping $20 on pre seed! I just spent an ungodly amount of money on the HE diet today too. This baby is costing me an arm and a leg and he/she isn't even an embryo yet! Haha

Haha I am glad I could make you laugh! I saw the bill and got an instant stomach cramp .. I am still not sure what in the hell we bought haha!
