I think it helps! At least I hope it does! My DH started to do the LE diet and cardio with me the last 16 weeks we were TTCing. He still has kept it up, because he likes the way it makes him feel and he is in the best shape of his life [emoji4]!

I'll know soon what we are having, but I think anything that DH's do to change their condition too could only help a sway.

Well, mine didn't change a lot. He's terrible for skipping 2-3 meals and pretty much always was. It's just the meat that is different. I'm so excited for your scan!

Wow, 3 times a day!?! If I would give it to my hubs that many times he'd be in heaven!! Of course if he keeps cleaning I might have to let him, lol!!!

Hitme, maybe you could slip soy milk in his food? Also, you can make some really yummy salad dressings out of the silken tofu that might help!!

Curious if it's believed if napping sways

I don't happen to think it sways blue for DW or DH, but until I have more information, I use it only for DH right now and not DW.

    RE milks -

for those on standard LE Diet - skim milk and rice milk are best. You can use full fat dairy products in moderation as a way to get fat if you need some
for those on alternate LE Diets - full fat animal milk only. All other milks and milk replacers are terrible for blood sugar and may suppress fertility
Is it believed to have "instant effects"? Should I run out and shop for smoothie stuff and soy milk?
Attempt is between 8-12 days away ish.

What I was wondering, it's true that bald men have high testosterone levels, right? My father is bald ( he was 20 when he started loosing his hair) and according to my mom he wants it every day (and now I need therapy for the rest of my life, thanks mom) and they have 4 girls. I've noticed around me a lot of bald men have girls, but testosterone should be more blue-ish right? This is so confusing, especially because there are so many sway factors. My husband had a full head of hair though and so does his dad and granddad.
It's horrible. I don't do it of course but it's just this huge source of tension all the time.

I see a lot of bald men with all girls like Bruce Willis. It's one more thing that makes me doubt the male testosterone theory of swaying.
