I've been wondering this for awhile. I know lack of sleep or broken sleep presumably sways pink; but what about naps.
I need naps in my life. [emoji42]

How do you take naps with 4 boys?? Lol I LOVE taking naps, but it just ain't happening, the little monsters won't let me! Don't know if it sways though, I think if lach of sleep sways pink (and I don't know if it does) then taking naps would not be the best thing to do? Oooh Atomic?

I think it would tend to sway blue but at the same time - the need of naps may indicate you're not sleeping well at night, yk?? So someone who tends to require naps may be tired anyway.
And I have the same question as Dana - how do you nap with 4 boys??!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Lol!!! Ds 1 is 20, lives with dad. Ds2 is 15 - in hs, ds 3&4 SOMETIMES nap at the same time but boy howdy those days are far and few between and likely numbered since ds 3 is now 3yrs old... I'm getting lucky here lol
I'm tired. Ds 4 has been waking again - last night was 130, 4, then it was the pile of babies in my bed keeping me up lol I wouldn't change it for the world but Ya a daily siesta would be awesommmmmme OH and af here makes me just want to crawl into a hole and sleep... Terrible

I almost think napping is a genetic thing. My grandmother's family is from Spain where people still take a siesta. I honestly think napping is in my genetics. I could EASILY take a siesta every day, even on the days I sleep well. I just love a little down time escape from reality in the middle of the day. It recharges me for the rest of the day.

I always wake up feeling like crap after a nap! It doesn't refresh me at all lol, I need a loooong sleep. But both my kids stopped their naps when they were almost 2
And the nights have always been way too short, with way too much waking mama up. I hope my next baby takes after mama, I love my sleeps! But if tiredness sways pink, I'm feeling a bit better about it

Well crap! My dd who is 3 yrs is waking up a couple times a night just to have me put her blakents on her!! Do you think having my hubs let me sleep in later everyday will counter act that so it won't affect my blue sway? I would make my hubs wake up with her but of course she just wants mom, sigh.....

Ash, I conceived my Ds2 on horrible nights! DS1 would constantly nurse (yes, I conceived a boy while breastfeeding!) and I would be awake during it as it was too uncomfortable to sleep through it. But if you can, sleep out yes and take naps. Make sure you're rested. But then again, loads of women conceive boys on little sleep, I think it's more the diet and weight lifting that counts. You can have all my blue dust if you like? *sprinklesprinkle!*
