Hi 2xblue, I'll probably join u next month, I've been going veg and trying to ease myself into the diet by reducing calories. My little boy is very sick so the diet has been put on the back burner for the moment.
I haven't really been tracking potassium, but yes, I think coconut water is recommended.. Potatoes and bananas also have a lot.

Thank you Hitmebaby! I was really wondering why MFP was tracking really low potassium levels. I have to read that thread you mentioned! MFP also tracks really low sodium levels for me, I wonder if it's correct or not.

I read about the grade A foods. So you don't need to count calories, protein or fat from low nutritient and low carb vegetables like cauliflower, cucumber, mushrooms, peppers etc? Yesterday and today I tracked absolutely everything I ate but actually I don't need to with these vegetables?

You gotta start somewhere!!! I've been officially on diet since mar 23, but I skipped breaky since like Jan.
2xblue - Ya I think te foods that say verified are reliable for sodium and I too track my veg too, it doesn't stress me out, or whatever; I've used MFP for years and years.
