    CoQ10

    So I came down from the initial dose to 30mg a day of co q10 and am one taking one every other day. Is it ok to stop them from here or do I need to break them down more?

    just to be on the safe side I'd space the doses further and further apart till down to one a week and then drop it.

    HI I am just about to start to HT journey... and have been advised to start on COQ10. What is the does one should start on and how long should you take it for before TTC? thanks x
    DW 37, DH 37, 4yrs, 2 yrs

    Cycle 1- HRC - Dec 2014. 9 to biopsy - 2 NORMAL XX. FET planned August 2015.
