Abstainance vs Frequent Release - advise please!

Hi Ladies,
What are your opinions on these two options for a pink sway? I see a lot more people going for FR, but I work a few nights per week, so the abstainance option is far more realistic for us. Also, for my boys, I was so eager to get pregnant that we DTD almost every night for a week over 'O', so I am trying to do the opposite.
I think the thing is that I read a sway on here that sounds so similar to what I am planning and it didn't work : ( Im sure it wasn't just down to the FR etc, but just wanted to get some thoughts.
Has anyone succcessfully swayed pink with abstaining for a week and then having a cut off?

Oh, there are plenty of great sways that don't work - that's why it's called swaying and not guaranteeing. Please don't let someone else's sway opposite deter you, because every individual is different, every couple is different, and every MONTH is different - I know of several people who had a successful sway and then tried again, did everything exactly the same, and then got an opposite.

You can still do FR even with a busy schedule - DH can take care of himself in the shower. FR does not need to be frequent BD - just cleaning the pipes once a day. You can do a cutoff or you can BD at positive OPK, whichever feels right to you. Timing doesn't sway http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...le-timing.html so DTD at pos. OPK is the day that yields the best odds of pregnancy (doing just one attempt plus otehr sway factors can make it tough to conceive, so it's best to go for the day with the best shot of conception.
