    CANDY - my Enemy today!

    I've been doing pretty well on the diet thus far... Have not even touched breakfast and just have a cup of coffee that holds me over till lunch at noon. BUT...
    This Sunday I bought a bag of Red Twists (similar to Twizzlers, or so I thought...) While cooking dinner for everyone else I usually indulge in a couple, but today I had a whopping 6!!! I thought the calories were about the same as Twizzlers, but they are much higher, 2 twists have 140 calories!!! So today's caloric intake was bad
    lunch: 1/2 veggie goat cheese sandwich
    dinner: handful of wheat thins, small bowl of plain pasta and mushrooms AND red twists...

    Here's to eating better this week!!! AF is coming this week so partly the reason I'm in munchie mode!

    I Know SO true!! On the positive side I dropped an additional pound, so those twists didn't do too much!
