Question about FR. Maybe TMI

So we are attempting this week and am trying to do FR. DH is having trouble getting anything out at this point. Good or bad for sperm count?
Hoping that means that will help with girl sway. I may need to give him a break in prep for the actual attempt.

Good for lowering sperm count and pink sway, but bad for pregnancy.

How much FR is FR? Some people think they need to have DH release 17 times a day but especially if he's having that much trouble, once a day is PLENTY.

For your attempt, I would try to stretch it as far as I could between go-rounds, so rather than 24 hours apart, stretch it so it's been 36 or even 40 hours, just so you know something will come out.

Since he's gone so much he goes long periods of time with no release. So when he got home we started with once per day and tried two times but that was too much. I'd say about 12 hrs apart.
For our actual attempt we waited 36 hrs.
My ph was lower than five, very dry.

You can extend it to 24 hours, it's still FR as long as it's once a day! Waiting 36 hours before your attempt was a good idea. Good luck!!
