    Atomic, I forgot to take Vitex...

    Don't know how I managed to pull it off, but was supposed to start taking it the 14th and forgot. Could I still take it now? AF hasn't come back yet and my cycles start around the 14th of every month if I wasn't bfing or pregnant.

    yes, since you're not ovulating yet you are fine to start it now. Just take for 2 W on, then stop for 2 w.
