    Guess I didn't eat enough? :(

    I had a +opk but it's looking like I haven't ovulated. That never happens. I wonder if I just wasn't eating enough.

    Why do you think that if you had a +opk? Maybe the signs weren't very obvious for you to notice and you did with out realising? Fx

    That's possible, and it's also possible that supps have delayed O. Did you stop taking Vitex and Saw Palmetto when you got the positive?

    I'm not on either of those supps atomic. I always get a temp rise two days after o. I had one temp rise and now 3 days below cover line. My temps are not showing O.

    Seems I'm getting some darker lines..maybe I'm going to have more than one surge. Although I'm out this month since I trashed my diet the past few days.

    This is exactly what happened to me the last 2 months. In my case, I think my fat intake has just been too low (around 20%). I have been on the diet for almost 4 months now and literally have no fat on my body. After my last O fakeout, I increased my fat consumption a bit and a week later got my super strong + opk and finally ovulated. I'm hoping I didn't send my body the wrong idea by increasing fat (still only around 25% or so), but you can't get pregnant without ovulating!
    (2010) (2013 LE sway opposite) HT (HRC 2018)

    Cycle 1 HRC Nov 2015: 9 retrieved, 6 mature, 5 fertilized, 4 biopsied, 2 normal XY = NT
    Cycle 2 HRC Mar 2016: 13 retrieved, 12 mature, 11 fertilized, 9 biopsied, 6 normal = 5 XX, 1 XY!
    FET #1 Aug 2016: Chemical

    No, you need enough fat to ovulate so by giving your body what it needs, you're not swaying blue. Only if you're giving yoru body more than enough are you swaying blue.

    It's like the Price is Right, you're trying to hit the right amount without going over or under.

    If that's what your temps are saying then you didn't O yet. It happens sometimes that you have a fake surge and then your body stops and thinks "maybe not quite yet" and then holds off a few more days, then the egg pops out on the second go round. How trashed is trashed??

    Trashed as in I had a steak while out with friends which I never do! FF is saying I did indeed O on the day I thought I did, and I didn't trash my diet till a few days after but my temps have been so screwy this cycle, I'm not holding my breath. I ordered vitex and am going to puck up some SP but can't find the sticky where it says how much SP to take??

    One steak will not make or break you - it's your overall diet that counts, not any one meal. Even our prehistoric ancestors occasionally caught a mammoth now and then!
