In new here and have been doing lots of reading on here etc. I will ttc for #3 a girl (after 2 boys) in 10 weeks time once i get my IUD removed(copper).This will be my last pregnancy. Im 25 and hubby 25.
I am just wanting to check i have everything in check for swaying a baby girl.
-Vitex 400-800mg per day -AF to O (will do everyday until month b4 ttc and drop to af-o)
-Cranberry Tabs 20,000mg fresh fruit equilant 1 per day - AF to O ???????
-Peppermint Tea x3 per day
-coffee 1 per day (used to have 3)
-Doche with vinegar and water before DTD
-PH level should be 4-5 no higher or lower
-No Big O for me lol
-DTD every second day with hubby releasing every other second day on none DTD days until Ovulation. example: DTD,realase,DTD,release,DTD etc ( i read a post on that one) ????hubby wont abstain longer then 3-5 days. We normally DTD every 2-3 days hence why we have 2 boys i guess lol (i didnt know this until i joined here! )
- piece of girls clothing under bed ??
This is what i have planned as what to start asap to get into routine etc.
Should i take calcuim/mag tabs??
Do you think im taking too higher cranberry tabs??
Should i do cardio (xbox kinect) everyday??
Diet coke/ 7 up ???
Any advice would be great and much appreicated, even though im sure ur've probably answered qs like these..sorry
I have been longing for a girl since i was a girl lol and well now i have 2 boys that like to do everything boyish and go with there dad everywhere. I love my boys but a girl would just complete my family. I would be happy even if i had a another boy ( i would take it as its meant to be) but if i can sway the chances all the better

GL Christine, I'm TTCing boy, so can't help with the supps, etc. but after 3 girls I definitely think you should focus on lowering your blood sugar. Skip breakfast and don't eat protein and carbs together. Maybe go vegetarian, I am a vegetarian and def. had more girls. I also ate very little protein

What diet are you going to do? The one here, LE or IG or French gender etc? Diet seems to be one of the most important sway factors but if course its only just one factor and u should do what feels best
I think usually no calcium or mag tabs on le diet to keep nutrients low. Don't forget your folic acid
I feel like there's an exercise thread stickied around here somewhere but I'm on my tablet and cant link to it. Good luck to you

Where are these threads coming from? It's like they're appearing out of thin air haha! I'm so sorry I missed this, I'm not sure what happened. Never be shy about giving a post a bump or even sending me a link via PM, I will answer every question and if I don't that means I missed it somehow (prob. opened it and then had to go change a diaper or something.)
Vitex looks good but you may have to stop it the day before O because it has delayed O for people otherwise.
WAYY too much cranberry, no more than 10,000 and even that is pushing it.
Pep tea is fine.
Caffeine does not sway blue, may even sway pink, and if you're miserable on the lower amount of caff feel free to increase it back up to the amount you're used to.

If you can do 60 minutes of cardio and have a lot of weight to lose, it's a good strategy. If you can't do 60 min a day of cardio or you're very thin and will waste away to nothing at that rate of exercise, then it's best not to exercise at all. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...h-genders.html
