LE Diet and Recipes

Hi everyone, I am ttc girl and a new member here. Read a lot of threads here but there are so many it's impossible to read all I am particularly looking for threads about the LE diet and any recipes please. I have found some threads but was wondering whether there is a particular place in this site where there is an LE cook book perhaps and LE diet as I can't find these. Or are there all the answers in the threads? If so, can anyone please indicate exactly where can I find these? I have been doing the IG diet for about 8weeks but would like to change my diet to LE instead and would love to start soon as we already started ttc this in July. Any help please? Good luck all the ladies ttc for their desired gender.
