Hi,
I was wondering if you are taking items like co-enzyme Q10 400mg and DHEA Prior to starting your cycle, when should you stop taking them and should you come off them slowly?
Wondering if you got a BFP if you came off too soon there is a shock to your body?
Your advice would be appreciated.

I personally would stop them the day of ER and I believe you can stop the ones you mentioned without having to wean. I stopped CoQ10 suddenly and I wasn't on DHEA so can't help you there.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breathe, and have faith that everything will work out for the best.
^^^That is exactly what I did and everything has FINALLY worked out for the best. I couldn't be more happier in my life than I am right now with these 2 blessings that were brought into my life.
