I am thinking of adding spermicide to my sway in some capacity - probably doing the VCF foam the days leading up to O, or doing it way before BD. I was reading through the spermicide sticky the other night and all the posts were pretty old. I was wondering if anyone has had success using spermicide in their sways. Thanks!

Unfortunately not a lot of people have tried it. I say unfortunately because I do think it can work and I'd love to have more data to back it up.
