I read vitamin C increases estrogen and progesterone.....thats what we DONT want TTC girl right?

If this is true like im remembering it is i find it amusing as ingender has not sure if they still do as a supplement.....wouldnt that sway boy AND add nutrients?

It lowers pH and InGender is not sold on the idea that low nutrients sway pink.

Also, they think high prog. sways pink.

So from their perspective it makes sense.

I sometimes use it (along with antihistamine to dry up any increase in CM from the Vit. C) for people who are super worried about pH and are BF because I don't like either cran or aspirin for breastfeeders.
