Does anyone know what is the proper way to stop taking baby aspirin? And when should it be stopped to avoid potential complications during pregnancy and delivery? TIA

Cold. Everything is formed, I wasn't on it for any real reason besides I read people that did IVF used it. I knew I should stop well before delivery. My OB actually never told me to stop although he mentioned stopping at one of my first appointment when I told him I was on it.
He asked at the hospital before delivery if I was still on it and when I told him I stopped he gave me a fist pound!

I was just talking to Atomic about this. She thinks it's safer to stop baby aspirin earlier in pregnancy than to keep going (of course, it may be different for the HT folks). She suggests weaning off it once you get a BFP, but I have yet to do so, as I'm waiting to hear back from her about how slowly to wean off. What dose are you currently taking, and how often? Mine is an 81 mg pill that I take every other day.

Sweet baby boy, you are loved and missed more than you will ever know.
There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of you and wonder what
you would have been like. I love you and miss you so much.
Rest now, my baby, in the loving arms of Jesus.
Biggest shock of our lives - surprise BFP! And it's a GIRL!!!

i think you gradually start to tail it off over the course of the first trimester (unless taking for some reason other than swaying). First leave one day extra between doses and then push back by a day over the time until your down to one a week then you can stop. Don't do too suddenly though.
You must wean off well before delivery though or it could cause complications with bleeding after birth
