    Question Should I try in 3-4 weeks?

    Hi there I just started the diet 3 days ago around O. I am wondering if I should give next cycle a go? what do you think? My cycles have been pretty crap since my loss in July ( maybe low fertility) Little cm and not even Oing I don't think (-opks). I have a lot of weight to lose I have already dropped 1.5kg in 3 days, so I guess the first few weeks would be my best weight loss weeks. I plan on using silk repHesh and zyrtec. I want to try soy for O but if I do give it a shot this cycle I would skip that. I am desperate for a baby, it is on my mind 24/7. What would you do?

    How old are you?

    If you're under 38 or so I'd prob. wait (well actually I'd probably try myself, but it's probably safest for YOU to wait) and if you're in your late 30's I'd try. It's less the diet itself but that you say you have some weight to lose.

    Well I have a bmi of 31.7 :/ and I lost 2.8kg thus far (6.17 lb) so far. that's the size of a newborn baby..in only 5 days. I am happy yet ashamed! It would take months for me to get down to a normal bmi. Even with strict restriction from le diet. How much weight do you think I should lose before I try? I am nearly 30 but I wanted to be done having babies by then. Not going to happen. I have about 55lb or 25kg I need to lose before I am in the normal range for my height. I also read magnesium is good for helping get rid of estrogen and was going to add that to the sway as well. I obviously have a lot from my weight. At the same time, I want to add the soy iso from days 2, because My O has been crappy. Unless advised otherwise of course ;p Er... I should just work out a sway plan and post it for opinions hey lol. Thanks for all the help though!!!

    I would have you lose more than that before trying. So I would just have you hold off for this month, see how much more comes off between now and next cycle, and go ahead next cycle using the soy. Start the soy on CD 3 and take it for 5 days only.

    How much magnesium were you planning on taking? No more than 200 mg please. Losing weight is much better for reducing estrogen than popping a pill is.
