Hi Ladies,
I'm new here and preparing to sway blue at the end of the year or early next year... big diet coke lover and also go through upto 3 bars of chocolate daily....should i steer well clear of them?
Any other tips welcome.

Hi GerryO,
To be honest with you that sounds like a recipe for a girl and I would wean off them before your sway
There is great information both here and in the dream member section about the HE boy diet and supplements if you want to read up on it.
Welcome and best of luckLast edited by Pearl327; October 17th, 2012 at 10:51 AM.

I would have to agree - a recipe for girl. I never had diet coke or lots of chocolate and got my boys ....until I tried to sway pink and I'm now preg with a girl!! Used those in my pink sway

Diet coke should be avoided. Chocolate is ok, but use dark chocolate and be sure you eat it WITH protein, not alone by itself. At least 5-7 grams of protein and more is better.

Hi Cinss, I had a question for you.
I am going on the healthy principle for trying to conceive a boy and am already feeling a big energy boost after only 5 days on diet and sups!
I am just wondering though, the Dutch study for swaying girls (which was 80% effective) says have lots of fruit and vegetables which I am also doing for the boy diet!!! Of course on top of lots of fruit and veg I am having boy sups, red meat 5 nights a week (gag), potatoes 4 nights a week, 2 bananas a day, lots of tomato and 1 or 2 bowls of cereal a day. Snacking on salted crisps, figs, dried apricots and salted peanuts. Drinking 2 glasses of OJ and 1 big glass of V8 (gag again).... I feel like my stomach is going to explode.

Hi luv, I'm not cinns but I'l try to answer to the best of my ability.
The Dutch study, in addition to having ladies eat fruit and veg, also set limits on the amount of protein they took in. Fruit and veg ALONE does tend to swya pink. Fruit and veg are very healthy foods that will help with your blue sway but you ALSO need to include protein and healthy fats. the LE diet (our diet for pink swayers ) is low in protein and low in fat.
The difference is NOT the foods you eat in and of themselves, it's your diet as a whole that matters. Protein + carbs = boys, healthy fats = boys, lots of servings of colorful fruits and veg IN ADDITION to the above two things = boys.
You have to eat smarter, not harder on the HE Diet. You don't have to eat ALL that at one sitting. I would reduce potatoes, drop chips all together and eat meat & bananas, meat & juice, nuts (nuts are protein and carbs!) and just generally cut back. A serving of fruit/veg is actually really small, and a serving of juice is only 8 ounces (the size of a small coffee cup.) You're prob. getting more than half your fruit/veg requirements just from your juices alone.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Hi luvalittleman
Atomic covered it, but i could just add that you dont need to eat until you feel like you are going to explode. I did put on a lot of weight in the first 8 months of my sway journey because i was doing that, but then for the last 2 months i just got smarter about it like Atomic explained. I would make breakfast my biggest meal of the day, then have smaller snacks and meals every 2-3 hours. Its a good sign that you already feel your energy levels getting better, so are you going to add exercise into your sway?
